Why quoting on a plan helps
- Everyone quotes the same thing. Without a plan, each builder draws its own layout: one fits four courts, another three, in different places. With a dimensioned plan, the quotes cover the same courts and can be compared line by line.
- The hard part is already solved. The clear height under the roof, the columns and the access zone at each court opening are checked on the plan, so a quote does not come back later with a court less.
- The plan travels with the request. Each company receives the same measurements, columns and setting-out coordinates from 0,0, and the rules the layout was checked against.
Quotes to build a padel court: what to compare
Ask every builder the same questions, so the quotes cover the same things. These are items to ask about, not prices; the numbers come from each builder. The list is not saved anywhere; print it if you want to keep it.

What a padel court costs, before you ask
The LTA puts four courts with lighting at £128,000, about £32,000 each, and outdoors the ring beam, base and drainage add £140,000. These are market references, not quotes. The full table, and what it leaves out, is in padel court cost in the UK.
