What PadelPlanner is
PadelPlanner is a free tool that works out how many padel courts fit in a building or site and where to place them. In Spain it applies the NIDE 2024 padel standard (Consejo Superior de Deportes) and the Spanish Building Code; the pages in English apply the FIP court dimensions and the clearances in the LTA guidance. The technology is provided by Hilo Studio.
How it is funded
The tool is free for its users. Member manufacturers and installers pay a fee for each quote request they receive, always with the prior authorisation of the person who sends it. The calculation does not favour any company: it does not recommend models or brands.
Scope of the calculation
The result is an indicative layout study. It does not replace the drawings and calculations of a qualified professional, planning permission or Building Regulations approval. Before signing a contract for a building, check its dimensions, its clear height and the rules that apply locally.
Intellectual property
The software, texts and design of PadelPlanner belong to its operator or its licensors. Court data comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence) and population data from Wikidata (CC0).
