How many padel courts fit in a warehouse?
Each size below has been run through the layout engine with the LTA clearances: 1.5 m between courts, an 8 × 2 m access zone at each side opening and a clear route to the exit. Clear-span building, 8 m clear height, one entrance on a long side.

Competition: 2 m clear all round and an exit on both sides, so you can fetch the ball. Same shape for every size (1.6 to 1); with the same floor area, a different shape can fit a court more or less. Check yours in the planner.
Outdoors
On tennis courts and football pitches
Outdoors the courts run north–south, the usual practice so that low sun is not in the players' eyes.
